Wren (Troglodytes troglodytes)

The Wren may be the most common British bird - but it is also one of the hardest to photograph. Always active, usually on
the ground, exploring the undergrowth - the tiny Wren never sits still for long. The male has got a surprisingly loud
voice and will occasionally sing from exposed perches - so you might get some nice views if you're lucky, especially in spring.
