How It Works

The whole process takes place by email – there’s no need to visit anyone or travel anywhere. Simply send Sandra your best photo(s), agree on size and medium, and pay a small deposit to secure your place in the queue. Sandra will email work-in-progress photos as she goes, if you wish, and a final scan for your approval before dispatch. The balance is only due once you’re 100% happy.

Do I need to be based in London?
No – Sandra is based in South East England and works entirely by email. London delivery is via Royal Mail Special Delivery: next day, tracked and insured.

How long does a commission take?
It varies by queue. Sandra will give you a clear estimated date when you enquire. If you have a deadline, just mention it.

Can you work from an old or imperfect photo?
Often yes – Sandra will let you know if a photo isn’t quite suitable and advise on alternatives.

Is it a real, original artwork?
