During the process of drawing your pet portrait we will need to be provided with your name, contact email address and usually the name of the pet that is drawn.

Bank account details will be disclosed when payments are received when making an initial deposit and when making payment on completion.

When making the final payment for your portrait you will be asked to provide a physical address where the portrait will be posted to.

How do we use this information?
We use your information provided to communicate with you and to deliver your portrait to you.

We do not pass your details to any third-party and all details received are confidential and secure with us.

How do we protect your information?
Our website has an ssl certificate with our hosting provider (Siteground).
All servers use the latest PHP version with the latest security fixes.
Servers have Apache in a chrooted environment with suExec.
Sophisticated IDS/IPS systems which block malicious bots and attackers.
ModSecurity is installed on all shared servers and update security rules weekly, thus protecting customers from the most common attacks.
